Questions, answered

What counts as a workout?

A day with training logged to it — however many sets, runs or notes that day holds. Your first 50 are free; after that, unlimited workouts cost $15 per year.

Why is it $15 a year when other trackers charge monthly?

Swole Protocol doesn't build or maintain a big app UI — your AI is the interface. That keeps costs low, and the price reflects it. Most workout apps charge more than $15 every month.

Do my free workouts expire?

No. Take a year to log your first 50 if you like — you only ever pay when you keep training past them and want to keep logging.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your history stays yours and stays readable. You just can't log new workouts past the free 50 without the yearly plan.
